2 years directly related experience in Human Resources

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or direct equivalent years of experience

Certification as SPHR or PHR is preferred

3 years Human Resources experience in a health care setting highly preferred

Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent field preferred

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

Laboratory Technicians work on rotating shifts, typically five days on and two days off each week.

The primary opening is for a full-time third shift schedule from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with initial training likely conducted on first or second shift.

Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.

Previous experience with laboratory testing and laboratory equipment.

Knowledge of microbiology and general laboratory practices.

Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality systems.

Experience or coursework in wet chemistry, including titration and plating.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Understanding of laboratory safety procedures and ability to adhere to PPE and safety requirements.

Familiarity with quality control and quality assurance processes in a laboratory or manufacturing environment.

Ability to work effectively in a rotating shift environment within a 24/7 manufacturing facility.

Experience in a food or manufacturing laboratory environment is a plus.

Exposure to analytical chemistry and quality assurance processes is preferred.

$70,000 – $120,000+ per year (commissions + residual)
