Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or chemical manufacturing environment
Minimum 3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
Minimum 3 years of experience with maintenance planning and scheduling systems
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical discipline preferred
Equivalent maintenance and reliability leadership experience may be considered
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Strong leadership and team development skills
Strong organizational and communication skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Experience with chemical process equipment and maintenance systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Working knowledge of SAP maintenance and inventory modules
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Experience with contractor management and project coordination
Knowledge of Mechanical Integrity and Process Safety Management requirements
Supports the site HES policy and complies with all regulatory and internal requirements
Participates in HES activities provided by site management and Arkema Inc. (e.g., Behavioral Base Safety, SafeStart, etc.)
Supports and promotes the reporting of all health, safety, environmental, near-miss, accident or injury incidents
Champion safe work practices across all maintenance activities
Frequent movement throughout a chemical manufacturing facility
Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and access elevated work areas
Use of required personal protective equipment
Exposure to industrial manufacturing environments containing continuous chemical processes and hazardous materials
Occasional off-hours support during emergencies, outages, and turnarounds
Limited travel as required
