Professional experience creating video, photography, and multimedia content for brands, agencies, organizations, or similar environments.
Portfolio or reel demonstrating videography, photography, editing, and visual storytelling skills required.
Strong proficiency with professional video and photo equipment.
Strong proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with experience using CapCut or similar social-first editing platforms.
Demonstrated ability to create content for social and digital platforms, including short-form vertical video.
Strong understanding of composition, lighting, audio, interviewing, editing, and visual storytelling.
Ability to travel frequently, including nights and weekends, to support major LEO programs and content opportunities.
Onsite responsibilities may require standing and walking for extended periods, including walking long distances throughout large venues such as hotels, convention centers, arenas, and outdoor event spaces.
The employee may be required to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 25 pounds.
