Must have 2 yrs Blending Experience in a Manufacturing facility
2+ years of production experience in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance.
Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control and standards, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective production of goods.
Ability to read gauges, dials, or other indicators to ensure proper machine operation.
Working knowledge and understanding of, MSDS, lock-out/tag-out, and OSHA requirements.
Ability to safely lift, push, and pull materials up to 50 pounds on a regular basis throughout the shift; heavier items may require team lift or mechanical assistance.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods (up to 10–12 hours per shift).
Ability to operate and work around a variety of blending and processing machinery.
Ability to work in an industrial environment with regular exposure to chemicals, including use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, chemical-resistant footwear, goggles, and face shields.
