5+ years of experience in material planning, production planning, inventory control, procurement, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
Experience using ERP/MRP systems to manage material requirements, inventory, work orders, and production planning.
Strong understanding of material planning, inventory management, manufacturing workflows, and supply-chain coordination.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate shortages, inventory trends, supplier performance, and production requirements.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and with customers.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
