Travel is expected to occur in multiweek increments and may total approximately 8-12 weeks or more based on business needs and facility startup activities.

B.S. in Engineering field or equivalent combination of education/experience

8+ years of related engineering or management experience

Strong technical knowledge in one or more engineering disciplines/technologies

Demonstrated ability to design/produce/support successful products/processes

Ability to manage product line/process problems requiring creativity, ingenuity, and guidance from manager

Ability to define general approaches and specific solutions to technical problems

Background check results satisfactory to SEL

Negative drug test result(s)

Must be willing and able to travel extensively during the first 6-12 months of employment while the facility is under development.

Expected hiring range: $67,700 - $98,600 annually

Associate's degree in EET, CAD, Drafting, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

3+ years of high-voltage electrical design experience

Experience working on protective relay control system projects

Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation

Understanding of protective relay installation requirements

Willingness to travel as needed

BSEE, BSET, or related engineering degree

Testing and commissioning experience with protective relays, SCADA, or process control systems

Utility, consulting, or system integration experience

Knowledge of power system protection and automation applications

Associate Science degree in Engineering, Technology, Electronics, Semiconductor Manufacturing, or a related technical field; OR a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical), Mathematics, Chemistry, or a related scientific field; OR an equivalent combination of specialized technical education and extensive field experience (minimum 5 years) in semiconductor equipment, automation systems, or precision manufacturing.

Experience troubleshooting and supporting semiconductor processing equipment and automated systems, including PLC-based controls (ladder logic and control algorithms).

Ability to read and apply engineering documentation such as P&IDs;, electrical schematics, and engineering drawings to diagnose and correct issues.

Hands-on capability to perform point-to-point wiring and soldering, assemble and bundle electrical wiring with proper labeling, and install valves, fittings, and plumbing components for leak-tight connections.

Working knowledge of safe tool operation and field documentation practices, including accurate time/material tracking in Global Shop
