Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business productivity tools for analysis and presentations.

Demonstrated proficiency using AI-enabled tools and large language models (LLMs), including Copilot, Claude, or similar technologies for analysis, data extraction, process improvement, or automation.

Coursework, internship, project, or research experience in construction management, engineering, procurement, sourcing, quantity surveying, cost estimation, or project management.

Experience with cost analysis, benchmarking, market research, should-cost modeling, or procurement analytics.

Familiarity with construction projects, facilities systems, capital equipment, tool installation, or industrial infrastructure environments.

Experience applying AI, automation, data analytics, or digital technologies to improve business processes and decision-making.

Demonstrated leadership through academic projects, student organizations, internships, work experience, or community involvement.

Strong ability to verify processes and procedures and maintain security and accountability standards.

Experience conducting physical inventories and leading cycle counts.

Proficiency in analyzing discrepancies and taking corrective action when able.

Ability to compile, document, and enter transactions accurately and consistently.

$20-$25/hr based on experience
