Meets dress code standards; appearance is neat and clean
Completes annual educational requirements
Maintains regulatory requirements
Wears identification badge while on duty
Attends annual review and department in-services as scheduled

Communicates the mission, ethics and goals of the facility as well as the focus statement of the department
Demonstrates an ability to be flexible, organized, and functions well under stressful situations
Answers telephone and greet all patients and family members in a polite and tactful manner
