Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
10-15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting leadership roles
5-7 years of leadership experience managing finance teams
Experience within manufacturing environments, ideally supporting both commercial and government business
Strong understanding of financial planning, reporting, cost accounting, and internal controls
Experience with long-term contract accounting, including EAC, POC, and ETC methodologies
Knowledge of ASC 606, GAAP, SOX, CAS, and FAR requirements
ERP experience, preferably Oracle or a similar platform
Advanced financial analysis and financial modeling capabilities
