High school diploma or GED required.
More than one year of cannabis manufacturing or marijuana-infused product (MIP) experience required.
Working knowledge of solventless extraction processes, including water-based separation, freeze drying, rosin pressing, and product finishing.
Ability to maintain accurate production records and follow detailed procedures.
Familiarity with laboratory safety, PPE, OSHA guidelines, fire safety, and hazardous-material handling.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain all required state-issued cannabis industry credentials.
Reliable transportation required.
The position may require standing for extended periods, repetitive movements, handling delicate materials and equipment components, and working around cold storage or other temperature-controlled areas.
Employees must be able to follow safety procedures, wear required PPE, and perform assigned tasks with care and attention to detail.
