Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

8 - 10 years of experience in non-IT project management and/or construction management, including coordinating complex project activities.

Construction project management experience with strong exposure to field operations, including schedule reviews, risk management, and commissioning support.

Scheduling and project controls experience using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project, with milestone tracking and critical path awareness.

Technical construction expertise with exposure to electrical, mechanical, mission-critical, or infrastructure systems, including design review, commissioning, troubleshooting, and field execution.
