US Citizenship is required for this position
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering strongly preferred
Candidates with degrees in Systems Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering disciplines may be considered if they possess significant experience supporting electrical or electronics manufacturing environments
6-8+ years of experience in electrical, electronics, or electro-mechanical manufacturing environments
Experience supporting products through design release, NPI, production transfer, and full-rate manufacturing
Strong experience troubleshooting electrical and electro-mechanical products in a manufacturing environment
Experience with Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and corrective action implementation
Experience working with Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), manufacturing documentation, and process development
Experience with printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs), electrical assemblies, wiring harnesses, test systems, or related electrical manufacturing technologies preferred
Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) programs strongly preferred
Experience with optical products, sensors, imaging systems, portable instruments, electro-optical systems, and/or infrared technology strongly preferred
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, or similar manufacturing improvement methodologies preferred
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, project management, computer, and interpersonal skills
