Minimum 2 years of similar or related work experience; relevant experience in aviation.
Must own a set of basic hand tools.
Moderate level of experience and proficiency with general electrical and/or circuit board-level soldering.
Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.
Ability to read and thoroughly understand technical drawings, blueprints, manuals, and instructions; a pre-employment technical skills and comprehension test may be required.
Basic computer experience.
Valid driver's license.
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Constant hand manipulation of small to medium components
Sitting or standing for long periods of time
Frequent use of hand tools and other repair equipment
Use of chemicals for cleaning, lubricating, and painting
This position is safety-sensitive and requires participation in the FAA DOT Drug Abatement Program.
