Minimum High School Diploma, GED or international equivalent.
6 months experience in assembly or related experience.
Good manual dexterity.
Good hand, eye and foot coordination.
Ability to see fine detail through a microscope.
Ability to distinguish colors in accordance with the ISHIRA test for color blindness, and to understand the English word for each color.
Ability to understand both verbal and written instructions, including the documentation for various models.
Must have basic operational knowledge of how to use the equipment within the department.
Basic Computer skills and understanding of the MS Office Suite.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus and use a microscope.
