All agents are required to have wired internet service installed directly into their home. Examples of _acceptable_ wired services include: * Cable internet * Fiber‑optic internet * DSL broadband

The Qualfon computer must be plugged directly into your home router or modem using an Ethernet cable.

Proof of internet service provider and service required upon hire.

Call center experience is a plus.
