5+ years of construction industry experience.
Previous experience managing commercial, civil, mechanical, or industrial construction projects.
Demonstrated experience overseeing project budgets, forecasting, and cost-to-complete reporting.
Proven ability to manage subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and client relationships.
Experience handling RFIs, submittals, change orders, project schedules, and project documentation.
Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and contract administration.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.
Experience using construction management software.
Experience conducting site visits and coordinating field operations.
Strong estimating, procurement, and project forecasting experience.
OSHA 30 certification.
Experience supporting business development, including proposal review and client relationship management.
Personal protective equipment (PPE), including steel-toed boots, eye protection, and hearing protection, is required on job sites
