Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Typically, 3+ years of experience developing, implementing, and supporting software or automation solutions.
2+ years of hands-on experience developing RPA solutions using UiPath, including UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.
Experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting production-grade UiPath automations.
Strong understanding of UiPath development concepts, including workflows, activities, variables, arguments, selectors, exception handling, logging, debugging, and reusable components.
Experience working with UiPath Orchestrator, including Robots, Jobs, Processes, Assets, Queues, and scheduling.
Experience integrating automation solutions with web and desktop applications, Microsoft Office, databases, APIs, file systems, and other enterprise applications.
Experience with structured development methodologies, source control, testing practices, and software development lifecycle processes.
Native-level proficiency/fluent in English.
