A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.
1-3 years' experience with structured groups and parent education groups is required
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time, typically in an office or remote work environment.
Must be able to lift and carry files, documents, or supplies up to 20 pounds.
Ability to travel occasionally for home visits, community outreach, or training (as required).
Visual and auditory acuity sufficient to perform detailed work, including reading fine print and hearing conversations in person or over the phone.
Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard and handle paperwork.
May require walking, climbing stairs, or navigating facilities during site visits or client interactions.
Willingness to work nontraditional business hours including evenings when Groups are scheduled.
Basic computer skills that allow for creating Word and Excel documents are required.
The ability to upload videos to Dropbox and use Video Conferencing Programs like Zoom is required.
Adherence to Florida Law including but not limited to statute FS 744 and Chapter 39.
