Master's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
ITIL 4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leader certifications.
Experience in automating change management processes and integrating change management with DevOps or agile-informed methodologies.
Project management experience, particularly with methodologies like PMP.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity principles, and advanced analytics for change performance monitoring.
Experience with Risk Management Frameworks and tools.
Experience in training and mentoring junior change management staff.
Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired.
