3–10 years of project management experience in retail, restaurant construction, or similar multi-site development environments.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high levels of organization and attention to detail.
Experience working within program management for multi-site, large renovation, or tenant improvement (TI) programs.
Hands-on experience collaborating with vendors, client and development teams, and on-site contractors or general contractors.
Strong project management skills, including scheduling, scope management, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate due diligence activities with surveyors, geotechnical, environmental, and signage consultants.
Capability to review contracts, purchase orders, and invoices and provide sound recommendations aligned with project and contract terms.
Ability to partner effectively with real estate, design, and operations teams to align project plans with business objectives.
Comfort with value engineering site layouts and developing accurate, defensible cost estimates.
Ability to support documentation and knowledge transfer between development and construction teams.
