Minimum of 2-3 years of experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery, production equipment, and facility systems in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Proven hands-on experience with the installation, maintenance, setup, adjustment, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and industrial equipment.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, electrical schematics, pneumatic diagrams, and the ability to follow SOPs and specifications.

Comprehensive understanding of the safe operation and use of tools, machinery, and systems.

Working knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and compressed air systems in industrial equipment.

Computer proficiency, including experience with maintenance or asset management systems and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) to create emails, communicate and share info, update statuses and schedule/conduct meetings.

Available to work non-standard hours (evenings, weekends) to respond to and resolve emergency situations.

The employee is regularly required to talk and hear.

The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit and use hands to operate a computer keyboard.

The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Associate degree or technical certification in Electrical Technology, Electronics, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field is highly preferred.

OSHA safety training or certification is a plus.

The total compensation range for this position is $58,700 - $88,100, which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms.

Wednesday - Saturday OR Sunday - Wednesday, consisting of 10-hour shifts. Typical scheduled hours will fall between 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. local time; however, shifts may be scheduled as early as 8:00 a.m. or as late as 12:00 midnight based on business needs.

High School Diploma or equivalent

2 years of service-related experience, such as maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing equipment

Position requires a current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions

Ability to work overtime as needed.

Experience in rewinding AC and DC electric motors.

Prior practice in winding fields, armatures, and synchronous rotor poles.

Ability to perform basic math functions, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division including understanding fractions.
