3-5 years of field service experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Technical certifications are a plus
Proficiency in basic hand tools, power tools, and installation techniques
Strong data analysis skills
Working knowledge of Apple (iOS) devices, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), and digital platforms
Situational awareness, critical thinking, and adaptability
Ability to pivot plans on short notice

Ability to obtain hospital credentialing
Ability to pass extensive background check
Must be able to physically perform the essential duties of the position, including lifting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, balancing, walking, standing
Must abide by hospital PPE requirements and safety protocols
Position requires the ability to drive and/or fly to client locations with proper documentation to fly (e.g., Real ID)
Minimum travel 50-75% (local and out-of-state)
