Associate degree or additional coursework in logistics, supply chain, transportation, international business, or a related field preferred
Working proficiency in Portuguese preferred
2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, freight forwarding, customer service, import/export operations, or a related field preferred
Exposure to domestic and international freight transportation operations, including air, ocean, ground, import, and/or export shipments preferred.
Experience using CargoWise One (CW1), transportation management systems, ERP systems, or similar logistics software preferred.
Working knowledge of international shipping documentation, transportation operations, customer service principles, and import/export processes preferred.
