High school diploma or equivalent.
Current or previous NDT Level II qualification/certification, or documented training and experience sufficient to qualify for employer certification, in one or more applicable NDT methods under the Company's written practice and applicable aerospace requirements (such as NAS 410, as required by the program/customer).
Demonstrated knowledge of NDT principles, inspection techniques, equipment operation, process controls, and applicable acceptance criteria within the certified method(s).
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, procedures, work instructions, and technical documentation.
Experience accurately documenting inspection results and nonconforming conditions.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and sound judgment.
Ability to work independently within the scope of Level II authorization and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and electronic documentation systems.
Ability to meet applicable vision and color-perception requirements for NDT certification.
Ability to learn procedures quickly, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
