Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical discipline.
Five or more years of hands-on manufacturing, process, automation, or continuous-improvement engineering experience, including direct support of injection molding or a comparable high-volume automated manufacturing operation.
Working knowledge of injection molding machines, molds, thermoplastic materials, dryers, grinders, chillers/temperature controllers, conveyors, robots, and related auxiliary equipment.
Demonstrated project-management capability including scope definition, schedule management, cost/budget tracking, supplier coordination, risk management, implementation, validation, and project closeout.
