Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma certification.
Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., 3D printing, CNC machining).
Background in Aerospace and Defense industry.
Familiarity in applying and interpreting Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T;) per ASME Y14.5.
Knowledge industry standard design principles, to include, but not limited to, parametric design, model-based definition, material hardware selection, manufacturing and production processes.
Participation in dispositions of Non-Conformance generation through a Material Review Board (MRB).
Experience with new product introduction and transition to production.
Exposure to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Manufacturing Execution System (MES), and Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) systems.
Familiarity in applying and interpreting EWIS standards in aircraft manufacturing and certifications
Knowledge of industry standard design principles, to include, but not limited to parametric design, model-based definition, material hardware selection, manufacturing processes
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline, and typically 6 or more years of relevant experience
Exposure to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Manufacturing Execution System (MES), and Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) systems
Ability to understand and create Process Development and Documentation
Comprehensive understanding of Engineering Drawings, EBOM & MBOM, Build/Routing Sequence, Process Flow and Producibility checks
Working experience with activities in the Defense Industry
