Mechanics may be expected to provide their own standard tools.

The shop will supply large-diameter and specialty tools as needed

A minimum of 1 year experience as a mechanic

Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems

Proficient in diagnostic tools and equipment

Routinely: Climb stairs, lift between 26 and 55 pounds, bend, stoop, fine hand motion, squeeze, stand, use portable ladder, walk, work in confined spaces, work with arms above shoulder level, operate heavy machinery and vehicles

Occasionally: use keyboard & mouse, lift greater than 55 pounds, work alone in remote locations, and at heights

Preferably with a focus on fleet vehicles or commercial equipment

18+ years old

21+ to deliver alcohol

Must have Class A License (CDL A)

3 months of verifiable experience

No more than 1 CMV on-road preventable accident in the last 2 years

No major CMV preventable accidents in the last 5 years

No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years

No DUI/DWI within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL

Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test

No drug related conviction within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL

No positive/refused tests in the past 10 years with CDL-A/CLP

SAP drivers are not eligible for hire
