6 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant progressive experience.
Candidate must have direct experience with commercial nuclear quality programs and manufacturing of structural steel components.
Candidate must have strong knowledge of quality systems, audits, root cause analysis methods, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Candidate must have experience interpreting and applying standards such as NQA-1, ISO 9001, or similar.
Candidate must have experience working analytical skills with the ability to work with complex datasets, performance metrics, and quality indicators.
Candidate must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Candidate must have experience developing or maintaining controlled documentation and participating in structured review processes.
Candidate must have the ability to travel, work onsite, and meet shift requirements. Candidate will work onsite at a subcontractor facility. The first 2-4 months requires additional travel to multiple facilities.
