A high school diploma or GED.

A valid CNA license in the state of Michigan.

Mileage Reimbursement

$30—$36 USD

Minimum of 3 Weeks Paid Time Off for Full Time

Successful completion of a physical therapy assistant program at a school of physical therapy approved by the American Physical Therapy Association

Physical Therapy Assistant License recognized in the state in which practicing

Reliable transportation

Valid driver's license

Valid automobile insurance coverage

Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span

Able to assess data reflecting the client's status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each client's requirements relative to their age-specific needs

Demonstrates computer skills sufficient to use the electronic medical record effectively

Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.

Minimum 2 years experience working as a Physical Therapy Assistant

Hospital and/or Home Care experience
