High School Diploma or GED required
Manufacturing or assembly experience (level determined by experience and demonstrated skills)
Soldering skills or certification may be required at advanced levels
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance (role dependent)
Ability to perform repetitive motions, count, sort, and use scanners or handheld devices
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
