Ability to consistently follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment properly.
Ability to climb stairs, stand for periods of 2–3 hours, and regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
Willingness to support plant scheduling, including overtime on a daily basis and some weekends.
Comfort working primarily inside the plant, with occasional seasonal temperature fluctuations in work areas.
