Experience in driving instruction, education, or the automotive industry
Confidence working with the public, especially teens
A strong commitment to promoting safe driving habits
Flexibility to accommodate student schedules, including weekday afternoons and at least one weekend day
Weekend availability is required for at least one day, with both days preferred
Deliver behind-the-wheel instruction to students of varying ages and experience levels, following AAA's curriculum and training standards
Use our driving school software to track and manage student progress
Assess student performance and provide personalized guidance
Stay current on safe and defensive driving practices and maintain all required state documentation
Physically able to sit for extended periods, hear and see in all weather conditions, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and lift up to 25lbs
Must be capable of safely assuming control of the vehicle from the passenger seat during instruction or emergency situations
