5+ years of progressive construction experience, with significant experience in field supervision.

Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple construction trades and subcontractors.

Working knowledge of construction scheduling, project documentation, quality control, and safety requirements.

Understanding of commissioning processes and integrated systems testing.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and technical documentation.

Strong understanding of construction sequencing, constructability, and field coordination.

Proficiency with construction management and scheduling software.

Ability to travel and work extended hours as required by project demands.

Experience and familiarity with datacenter panels terminations

5+ years of experience in a Superintendent or General Superintendent role preferred.

Experience leading large-scale commercial, industrial, data center, healthcare, semiconductor, or other mission-critical construction projects preferred.

Experience with BMS, EPMS, building controls, electrical monitoring, or mission-critical systems strongly preferred.

OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
