High School Diploma or General Equivalent Degree (GED) and one plus (1+) years relevant work experience
Experience in engineering a manufacturing environment
Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact positively and work in a team environment
Self-motivated and willing to change priorities as needed
Willing to participate in continuous learning opportunities for personal and job development
Experience with CAD processes preferred
Familiar with utilizing Lean philosophy
Knowledgeable of and able to utilize computer system (i.e., Email, Internet, Microsoft Word Suite, MRP)
Ability to quickly assess manufacturing issues related to design and tolerancing
Knowledge of basic design and manufacturing datum development and its effect in manufacturing processes
Experienced in using Apriso, Windchill, and MDP to support manufacturing and product data processes
