This structured training model includes onboarding, meeting with the team and your mentor, side by side shadowing while using what you learn in a supportive, supervised environment

Schedule: 8am to 5pm

Weeks 6 Monday–Friday in office training

Working in office Monday through Friday for 60 days post training

After initial 104 days, new team members move their workspace home to work remotely, while returning to the office once or twice a week for team meetings

2+ years relevant experience

Candidates must reside in the greater Richmond VA area

Demonstrated success in influencing decisions and/or selling products or services over the phone in a consultative or transactional sales environment

Proven track record of achieving individual performance goals, with experience managing to metrics in a structured, results-oriented setting

Background in account management or other customer-facing roles within a professional office environment

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, with strong proficiency in Excel (e.g., data sorting, filtering, pivot tables, and basic formulas)

Large amount of computer-based work

Large amount of time on telephone

Must be authorized to work in the US

Experience in medical sales or procurement preferred

Salesforce.com or CRM strong preferred

Government experience preferred

Healthcare or distribution experience preferred

Sales or project management experience preferred

4-year degree or equivalent experience preferred
