The employee is occasionally required to move self into different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces, work in an overhead position and reach, adjust or move objects of up to 25 lbs. in all directions, lift and place objects up to 25 lbs, operate machinery or power tools, identify and inspect objects, be able to work overtime, weekends, night hours (emergencies), work in extremely low or high temperatures, work in outdoor environments such as precipitation and wind

High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or one year's experience in the housing industry

Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required

Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements

Regular/daily onsite attendance is required

This is a safety-sensitive position and may be subject to additional compliance requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor degree preferred or one year's experience in the housing industry

One year's experience in the housing industry

Salary Range: $47,500.00 - $71,300.00

Commission $18,000

Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry

Prior management experience

Excellent communication and leadership skills
