Working knowledge of feed mill operations
1+ year of leadership experience or the knowledge, skills and abilities to succeed in the role
Some experience in a Feed Mill setting with an understanding of the operations of a modern automated Feed Mill and the maintenance that is required to continue the feed production process
Ability to work flexible hours as needed
