Minimum 3+ years of manufacturing/industrial engineering experience required.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline from an accredited institution required.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma implementation.
Experience leading engineering and capital projects.
Experience maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.
Experience with tooling design, development, and implementation.
Experience working with suppliers, tooling vendors, and external manufacturing partners.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety requirements.
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.
Ability to design and develop tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing aids.
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, root cause analysis, and process optimization techniques.
Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment as required.
Ability to move throughout the manufacturing facility and access production areas.
Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated production areas.
Ability to work 5 days a week in our Medway MA location, and travel up to 10% if needed.
