Quality Assurance Manager
B.S. in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or another technical field preferred; relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a technical degree
10+ years of quality management experience in a manufacturing environment
5+ years of leadership experience managing quality assurance and/or quality control teams
Experience supporting quality systems, audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement in a technical manufacturing setting
Willingness to periodically work outside of conventional business hours to support business, customer, audit, and operational needs
Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, audit programs, corrective actions, industry best practices, and continual improvement
Experience with root cause analysis, structured problem-solving methodologies, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), 8D, FMEA, SPC, DMAIC, nonconformance management, corrective/preventive actions, lean manufacturing, and quality system management
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control teams in a manufacturing environment
Strong analytical, organizational, execution, leadership, and verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and results-driven, with the ability to use quality data, metrics, and trends to drive action and improve performance
Experience with pressure equipment, rotating equipment, cryogenic systems, turbomachinery, industrial gas equipment, supplier quality management, or global supply chains preferred
ASQ Certified Quality Manager (CMQ/OE), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Lead Auditor certification, or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred but not required
Experience supporting union and non-union manufacturing environments preferred but not required
