Technical Drawings: Ability to read & interpret technical drawings & schematics
Material Knowledge: Understanding of materials used in interior fabrication & assembly
Tool Proficiency: Experience using a wide range of hand & power tools, from basic hand tools to advanced shop equipment such as pneumatic tools, rivet guns, bucking bars, C-squeeze riveters, ratchet wrenches, nut runners, & specialty grinders
Material Expertise: Deep knowledge of a broad range of materials used in aircraft interior fabrication, including adhesives, sealants, coatings, primers, chemical solvents, paints, composites, & specialty finishes like liquid nitrogen treatments. Understands the unique properties & handling requirements of each material to ensure quality fabrication
Level 2: 2 to 5 years of manufacturing experience
Level 3: 5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing
Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
Hearing & vision within normal ranges is essential for safe conduct on the manufacturing floor & to meet job responsibilities
