Navigate ladders safely and work off platforms and equipment at significant heights

Work effectively in varied conditions, temperatures, and environments

Frequently monitor all aspects of the internal and external worksite, which may include standing/walking for up to 8-10 hours.

Must be willing to work overtime as needed as well as flex to support other shifts

Lift and/or move product or items up to 50 pounds

Ability to operate all powered lift equipment within the facility (fork trucks, scissor lifts, boom lifts, etc.)

2 Year Technical degree or equivalent, ALPLA apprenticeship program completion

3 years' experience as Industrial Maintenance Technician or ALPLA apprenticeship program required

Excellent diagnostic skills for identifying and fixing mechanical issues.

Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems. Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

Certification in PLC programming, robotics, or automation systems.

Industry certifications such as Certified Maintenance Technician (PMMI), Certified Automation Professional (CAP), or similar

Strong PLC and automation troubleshooting skills (automation inputs and outputs)

Excellent knowledge of Powered automation and drives/controllers
