Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from an ABET-accredited program.

Minimum of 4 years of mechanical engineering experience.

Working knowledge of CAD modeling.

Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Previous experience with new product design and existing product optimization is preferred.

$90,000 - $105,000 + 15% Bonus

Associate Degree (or higher) with related technical focus

3+ years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, with experience supporting ISO 9001 quality systems.

Strong technical capability to interpret blueprints and electrical schematics, apply quality tools, and perform root cause analysis using structured methods such as 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone, and DMAIC.

Working knowledge of quality and validation frameworks such as APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, control plans, measurement systems/calibration practices, and quality KPI reporting (e.g., FPY, DPM, scrap, rework, COPQ).

Bachelor's Degree preferred in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience with electrical control panel assembly, wire harness assembly, industrial automation equipment, or electro-mechanical manufacturing preferred.
