Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including global financial P&L; leadership in a multi-site manufacturing environment is required.
Candidate must have exposure to and experience managing financial reporting in organizations with international locations, including EMEA and APAC.
Background in public accounting and/or manufacturing with expertise in managing P&L; levers to deliver profitable growth, financial reporting, and public company compliance.
Strong working knowledge of ERP systems is required;
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required.
