3+ years of supervisory experience leading and developing maintenance technicians

Strong knowledge of industrial mechanical and electrical systems, including PLC troubleshooting and automation

Experience with CMMS, preventive maintenance programs, and equipment reliability strategies

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance management software

Associate degree or technical coursework preferred

Minimum of 5 years of maintenance leadership experience in dairy manufacturing preferred

Demonstrated success in food and beverage manufacturing environments also highly valued

Experience with dairy or food processing equipment, including fillers, blow mold machines, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

Allen-Bradley PLC experience, including ladder logic troubleshooting and editing.

Ammonia refrigeration, HTST pasteurization, fabrication, welding, and machining experience.

Knowledge of GMPs, union environments, workers' compensation, and safety programs.

$18.00-$36.00per hour Milwaukee, WI

Guaranteed pay increases based on training completion and verified experience

$100 annual boot allowance, paid in quarterly installments

$250 Semi-Annual Tool Allowance after one year of service (up to $500 Annually)

Must successfully pass a background check, MVR review, drug screen, and physical examination as a condition of employment due to the safety-sensitive nature of the position.

Ability to obtain required industry certifications

The hourly rate for this position is $33.80 per hour.

Minimum one (1) year of hands-on experience in manufacturing, military, maintenance, or a related technical field, or completion of an accredited Maintenance Technician certification program.

Technical certification in Industrial Maintenance from an accredited technical college or institution.

Experience performing maintenance on industrial furnaces and related thermal processing equipment.
