BS Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial). Would consider equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and Journeyman's status or 5 years of experience in the machining trades or equivalent.

Familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures.

Familiar with large equipment and parts

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Strong machining knowledge

Proficient in Sigmanest and SolidWorks (2025 or newer).

Familiarity with ISO 9001 and job shop production processes.

Strong blueprint reading skills

Must be authorized to work in the United States

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Programming, or related technical field preferred.

Equivalent experience will be considered.

Competitive base salary range between $70,000-$75,000, $7,500 sign-on and a 10% bonus plan!

Technical sales internship experience. Especially in the HVAC/Controls industry.
