High school diploma or equivalent
Prior machining experience
Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
Experience with precision measurement tools
Ability to lift and move heavy components (with assistance or lifting devices)
Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in industrial environments
Willingness to work shifts, overtime, weekends, and on-call as required
Ability to stand, kneel, climb, and work in varied environmental conditions
