Education: Associate degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Materials Management, or a related technical field. Equivalent relevant professional experience will be considered.
A minimum of 2 years of successful internal experience within DeltaHawk, combined with at least 2 years of prior experience in a production, manufacturing, or inventory control role.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of external experience in a materials coordination, logistics, or inventory control role within an FAA-regulated, AS9100, ISO 9001, or similarly strict quality management environment.
High proficiency using ERP/MRP systems (handling job orders, inventory tracking, and systemic movements) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Direct experience preparing shipping documentation, navigating logistics obstacles, and coordinating with freight forwarders for domestic and international shipments.
Possess a valid driver's license and a valid forklift license (or the ability to quickly obtain a forklift certification upon hire).
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills; ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both internal departments and external suppliers.
