Must be capable of reading and understanding mechanical and electrical schematics.
Knowledge of PLCs and troubleshooting process.
Familiarity with Controls and Operating Systems including PLC's, OIT's Capable of analyzing and repairing systems to the component level.
PC familiarity is required.
All employees entering the manufacturing area and other identified locations must wear the designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Wearing your Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is a condition of employment.
Forklift certified at HellermannTyton
High school diploma or equivalent required technical degree/technical school diploma, or 5 yrs. of related work experience required.
Superior mechanical and electrical/electronic knowledge and skills required.
Knowledge and skills in pneumatic systems.
Knowledge of PLCs and PLC programming and editing.
Prior experience with robotics required.
Ability to walk/stand/work for 12-hour shifts
Ability to lift/push/pull up to 70 lbs.
Ability to visually inspect product and packaging quality according to HellermannTyton's quality standards.
Basic to advanced PC skills and knowledge.
Experience in dealing with suppliers/vendors.
Must have a valid driver's license, with an acceptable driving record, along with adequate insurance.
