Experience caring for higher-acuity inpatient patients in a fast-paced hospital environment, with the ability to assess, prioritize, and respond to changing patient conditions.
Demonstrated competency managing cardiac, hypertensive, and insulin infusions, along with strong cardiac rhythm interpretation skills.
Experience supporting patients requiring advanced respiratory therapies, including BiPAP and high-flow oxygen.
Willingness to support short-term stabilization efforts, including ventilated patients awaiting transfer to a higher level of care.
BSN, preferred
PALS strongly preferred (ENPC certification from ENA may be substituted for PALS certification)
