3–5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience

Educational qualifications in Electrical, Mechanical, or another engineering/technical degree (or equivalent experience) aligned with engineering disciplines.

Strong understanding of Lean and continuous improvement methods, including 5S, time study, capacity modeling, standard work, material flow, value stream mapping, process mapping, and Kaizen events.

Ability to support and comply with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), OSHA-related work environment expectations, and company policies/procedures.

The Salary for this position is **$42/hr.**

Three (3) to Five (5) or more years of experience with Johnson Controls or Metasys systems.

Knowledge and ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.

PC experience required and the ability to program DDC software.
